Horton Plains National Park
This Horton Plains National Park is most famous place of foreigners located in Sri Lanka. And this is on of the most beautiful place in Sri Lanka. Horton Plains is situated 200 km. away from Colombo and 32 kilometres from Nuwaraeliya. The famous “Worlds End” is a one of major attraction with in the park. There is some endemic avfauna also found within this Horton Plains. The main entrance is via Nuwara Eliya, Ambewela, Pattipola (32 km). Horton plains is situated in the districts of Nuwaraeliya, Badulla and Rathnapura.
